Custom CNC Gates, Signs & Panels in Midland, TX
Ranch brands, family names, logos, and patterns cut in steel and built into gates, fences, and signs across Midland, Odessa, and the Permian Basin.
Steel that says something
A CNC plasma cutter follows a digital design to cut shapes out of steel plate with clean, precise edges. That makes it possible to put nearly any design into steel: a ranch brand on an entry gate, a family name across a driveway gate, a business logo on a shop sign, or a pattern that runs through a section of fence.
At ROS Construction Group we build custom CNC work right into the fences and gates we install, so the design is part of the structure, not something bolted on afterward. We serve Midland, Odessa, and the wider Permian Basin.
Popular projects
- Ranch entry gates with a brand, ranch name, or arch-style sign
- Driveway and walk gates with names, initials, or decorative cutouts
- Fence feature panels that break up a run of R-panel with a pattern or design
- Shop and business signs with logos and lettering
- Texas, patriotic, and wildlife designs for gates, panels, and wall art
From idea to steel
You do not need a finished design file. Bring a sketch, a photo of your brand, or a logo, and we will talk about size, placement, and how the design reads from a distance. Fine details that look great on paper can get lost in steel, so we help simplify where needed and confirm the final layout with you before anything is cut.
Once the design is approved, we cut the panel, frame it into the gate or fence section, and install it. For entry gates we will also talk through post size, swing direction, and clearance so the gate works as well as it looks.
Pairs well with
Most CNC work goes into a steel R-panel fence or gate. If you are putting up a steel shop or outbuilding, a cut-steel sign over the door is a great finishing touch. Take a look at recent projects, then tell us about your idea.
FAQ
Common questions
What can you cut?
Common requests include ranch brands, family names, initials, business logos, Texas and patriotic designs, wildlife, and decorative patterns. If you have a sketch or a logo file, send it over and we can talk through what will cut cleanly in steel.
Can a CNC panel go into an existing fence or gate?
Often, yes. It depends on the condition and construction of the existing fence or gate. We will look at it and let you know whether it makes more sense to add a panel or build a new gate.
Do you make standalone signs?
Yes. We cut steel signs for ranches, shops, and businesses, as well as wall art and decorative panels.
How long does a custom design take?
It depends on the complexity of the design and the size of the project. We will give you a realistic expectation once we have settled on the design and scope.
Do I need a finished design file?
No. A photo, sketch, or idea is enough to start. We will help turn it into a design ready for cutting and confirm it with you before anything is cut.
